Shipping policy
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States: Continental US (excluding PO boxes and remote areas)
- Europe: Germany, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days depending on the destination country.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available for all orders that include a complete Sandmasons Sandcastle Kit to the destinations listed above. NOTE: There is currently a "Liberation Day Shipping Surcharge" to offset the current tariff situation.
- Accessory Packs Only: A shipping fee of €10 applies for orders containing only accessory packs.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- European Union: VAT is included in all product prices for EU customers.
- United States: Sales tax is included for orders shipping to Pennsylvania. No additional taxes apply for other US states.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sandmasons.com within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exclusions
- We do not ship to PO boxes or remote areas that incur excessive shipping costs.
